KMG INSIGHTS provides Internet hosting services in accordance with this service agreement. Hosting service is to include all features outlined in the hosting plans listed on this website (except for custom hosting packages).

Payment

Domain hosting will be provided on a monthly or annual basis at a cost according to service plan. Payment is due on the first day of the current month of service (ex: payment for January's hosting service is due by January 1). Note: PayPal subscriptions may not fall on the first of the month.

* As of April 2006, all monthly hosting must be paid by recurring payment via PayPal subscriptions. *

PayPal is the preferred method of payment for all hosting services. Sign up now.

If payment is more than 15 days overdue, account is considered "past due" and hosting services may be suspended. A penalty of $25 will be assessed and account must be made current to become active again. Account remains past due until all penalty fees are paid and monthly payments are up-to-date.

Early termination of accounts may be subject to a termination fee.

Uptime

KMG INSIGHTS cannot guarantee 100% uptime. Despite what other hosting providers may claim, 100% uptime is simply not possible due to scheduled maintenance and upgrades (which usually last a few minutes) as well as unplanned outages due to Denial of Service (DOS) attacks or equipment failure.

However, every effort will be made to ensure that a client's website is up and running at all times. Client will be notified via e-mail of any planned outages, and notified as soon as possible of any unplanned outages or other problems. Monthly uptime percentage reports are provided at clients' request.

Clients are encouraged to have an e-mail address on file that is NOT tied to their domain. For example, if you are hosting yourdomain.com with us, please provide an additional contact e-mail address (such as you@hotmail.com) in case of mail server outages.
